Nordstrom Rack (2624 W. Loop 289, Lubbock, TX)

The successful delivery of this project reflects the hands-on leadership, ownership mentality, and high standards that TGC brings to every opportunity. While TGC had already been established, Janson Teal was employed through GRACO Real Estate Development and served as the sole project manager and onsite superintendent for this Nordstrom Rack location—handling estimation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety and quality oversight, daily field operations, and all client communication.
